Jim Bowen 1 Posted June 19, 2009 worth checking the thermostat housing while your there, its quite common for them to crack. i found out the hard way that fixing one leaks tends to lead to the next weakest link breaking, especially if its all old plastic parts. millerman 0 Posted June 20, 2009 quite simply take the fans off and then remove the rad (drain the system first :wave: ) and also remove the grill then you have access to the crack pipe and like said above prob a good idea to change the thermostat housing and stat while your at it took me an afternoon .
