Jim Bowen 1 Posted June 19, 2009 worth checking the thermostat housing while your there, its quite common for them to crack. i found out the hard way that fixing one leaks tends to lead to the next weakest link breaking, especially if its all old plastic parts. Theres also the main water pump in that area, but i found that hard to get to and involved lifting the engine up or down Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

millerman 0 Posted June 20, 2009 quite simply take the fans off and then remove the rad (drain the system first :wave: ) and also remove the grill then you have access to the crack pipe and like said above prob a good idea to change the thermostat housing and stat while your at it took me an afternoon .
