Tyres....Kumho KU31 what do peeps think?

Just had my front tyres (pirelli nero) replaced with some Kumho KU31 (205/40/17) x 2 £110 fitted 8)

 

The differnce is has made is night and day, the car feels a million times better, doesn't pull or wander randomly any more. Really have to rate the Kumhos...anyone else running these?

 

The guy who fitted them swore by em too, apparently all the rage for racing in Japan??

Can't believe the price....got em fitted from event mobile tyre fitters, can't fault them on anything.

 

what's the longevity of the tyres like?

VAG-hag had a set - very good stiction in the dry and v good value.

when i had my last 4 fitted 205/50/16's for the skoda i was charged £160 for all four :shock: but i have used the same place for the last 3 years.

 

as for lasting?? all i can say is that after 14months with the charger on there was still approx 6mm of tread left.
