ricickles 0 Posted August 11, 2009 possibly able to get a set of abf cams of someone at my work, was just wondering if they will be a worthwhile upgrade for my 1.8 16v which has a gasflowed head. i know they have a higher lift, im not worried about low end torque as the car isnt a daily driver Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
davidwort 0 Posted August 12, 2009 won't make much difference over the KR ones, if you can get them cheap enough then it's worth trying the ABF inlet with the KR exhaust cam, might help the head breathe at the top end a tiny bit more. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
