corrado9a 0 Posted August 20, 2009 Hi all My schrick manifold stopped opening and i traced it down to a faulty vacum reservoir. (the black round thingy) I have re-routed the vacum lines directly from the brakes servo to the manifold valve and it opens now. I have vacum tank here and it does not have a part number, any idea from where to source it or how to find another one? Thanks in advance Julio

Leonard 0 Posted August 20, 2009 MK2 Driver or MK4 TDI have a similar part. Yeah its bright green if that helps  I just went into my local dealer explained what I wanted, told him it was a Golf Mk2 part and he found it easily enough. Think it was about £

corrado9a 0 Posted August 25, 2009 Hi once more I am sorry to be a pain in the... i went to the dealer with vacum tank in hand and the information you guys gave me. They were unable to locate a part remotely similar to it. Anyone with ETKA or ETOS could post the part number for my useless VW technicians? Thanks a lot once more.
