Loosing water VR6. Coming out of the side of header tank???

Hi

I have a 93 Corrado VR6 and when the engine has ben running for a few min and the water pressure is up it starts to come out of the header tank release hole and gets worst until the fans kick in and it then fires the water out in a jet from the same place.

 

Any Ideas???

 

help requires asap.

Have you got the original black coolant tank cap? Or is the O-ring on the cap knackered? Swap to a new blue cap.
