corraptor_evo 0 Posted September 16, 2009 Does anyone knows something about the losses in the syncro transmision brocken by the items? I need to know how many percents of power or torque are "eating" each: the gearbox (X%), the final drive (y%), the propeller shaft (z%), the visco-coupling (w%), the rear axle differential (q%). THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
blue95 0 Posted September 17, 2009 I would try the syncro forum for this kind of detailed advice. Admittedly 4wd does make the car feel boring LOL
corraptor_evo 0 Posted September 19, 2009 Yeah, occasionally! But sometime's fun: dusty/wet/moody/snowy/icy asphalt. Isn't it?
dr_mat 0 Posted September 19, 2009 Yeah, occasionally! But sometime's fun: dusty/wet/moody/snowy/icy asphalt. Isn't it? What on earth is moody asphalt? :) Only the manufacturers know about transmission losses for individual components. And even then it will vary depending on what type of oils they use and how hot everything is. Big ask..
