Critical_Mass 10 Posted January 12, 2010 Yeah, the spring rating will be wrong for the VR and will be on its ass! Though if you could get replacement springs.

Many thanks mate, I thought as much, that would be a funny sight :camp:[/quote:2r9tt9un] I said ass but meant just the front, the rear will be fine. But the engine will be way too heavy for valver springs. Got sent the wrong springs for some fk shocks i bought and the front was slammed - was only supposed to be a -40mm drop
C488ADO 0 Posted January 24, 2010 ooooo hang on a min...... if its fk coilovers the spring rates are exactly the same on all models.... the insert however are different from model to model i.e up the ranges.... i have fk's on my rado from a mk2 gti 8v no probs what so ever... handle fine and no sagging etc i looked into thiss and asked questions to fk venom, demon tweaks kw etc and all said the same...... Critical_Mass 10 Posted January 24, 2010 In that case, the springs for the valvers and G60 will be VR springs. Not sure how much of a difference having VR springs fitted to a valver or G60
