16v injector sleeves...

Does anyone know if the plastic injector sleeve are still available for the 16v engine? Also are they one whole piece (the larger seat outside the mani through to the inside) or is it 2 pieces that slot together...

its two pieces, still available from the dealer... kr and 9a ones are differnt. i think one part of the sleeve were £5-6 each plus vat and the smaller part were £2-3 each plus the vat..

yea, they are. I got some from vag, green they are :). you'll need new seals to I'd imagine

Got new seals me thinks already....or maybe not...cant remember..I'm replacing the 42mm on my 9a with the 50mm from the kr and one of the sleeves is cracked :(

 

Will phone stealers tomorrow.

you will have to change all the sleeves in the 50ml mani for the 9a one's.... :)

Didnt realise the injectors were different thicknesses...or am i missing something and being stupid here :lol:
