someone with a bentley manual please setting co pot?

would you be a pal and tell me how to set the co pot from the bentley manual

 

ive heard 400 ohms cold or 500 ohms hot or 500 ohms cold

 

would someone please put me right i know its in there somewhere

oo the G60 modded with a sns chip 68 pulley and rsr just incase you have to make allowances for that

Iv had a look and i cant see a resistance, but im about to upload a pic from the manual where it tells you how to adjust it.
