16v cambelt change write-up?

Hi.all. Happy new year to everyone. :) I want to do my cambelt and have looked through the search but can find a thread that describes the whole process, does anybody know of one and could put a link up to it. or does anybody in the know feel like writing one for the wiki :) Thanks. I'd replace the cam-cam timing chain while you're there

Not really a write up but some useful info.....oh and the 2.0 16v does have a chain that links the 2 cams(see pic) :D
