The_Dude 0 Posted February 2, 2011 I'd throw them away immediately for 150 euro. They have got to be cack for that price!

The_Dude 0 Posted February 2, 2011 Yeah, by the time you take off profit, tax and R&D costs then divide by 4, the actual manufacturing cost for each coillie is bog all. If you just want cheap lows then fine, but don't complain about handling afterward! :)
firecracker 0 Posted February 2, 2011 I think this firm trade under raceland and or Vmaxx, they are meant to be ok on the golfs and C but crap on the mk4. I know the unacceptable state of expensive Koni coilovers after a couple of years at -40mm, personally I dont think these have a chance unless your C is made outta fibreglass and you(driver) go on a "the biggest loser diet" then they might exceed the warranty.... AlgarveVR6 0 Posted February 2, 2011 raceland deffo, but had raceland coillies on an old 16v few years ago Harsh ride, but pretty good otherwise. V maxx I think are bucks and bucks more
Critical_Mass 10 Posted February 2, 2011 V-maxx, stay away. As Jim said they're ok to get your car low, but that is it. They were a sh1t ride and didnt handle the bumps very well at all. Save the cash.
dr_mat 0 Posted February 2, 2011 A hundred and thirty quid? That's twice what a set of H&R coilovers cost to make .. ;)
