Inlet manifold vacuum reducer

After the inlet manifold vacuum reducer t-piece, part no. 037 133 783 C

 

VW have discontined these and mines been gaffer taped up. Can anyone help?

surely if it's just an airline t-piece you could use any connector that's up to the job?

 

I think trying to root out original obsolete parts for the corrado is a bit of a dead end. There might be something from a newer VW that'll work. Have you asked VW if it's been replaced by a newer part number?

It's not just a simple t-piece unfortunately as it's also a reducer where it goes to different sizes.

 

I have been told there should be another part number for a part that is still available, but where my local dealer didn't really want too help I only found this out today. Going to be ringing another dealer tomorrow and see if they can hopefully be more help to me, as by the looks of it I could also do with hard plastic servo pipe that comes out of the reducer t-piece as it's been taped up also
