Recommended Posts

How many do you want mate...?

Can probably rustle up a few from an old set of hoses.

You do need Jubilee's or Mikalors for Samco's as they need to be stronger but the issue with Jubilee's is that they don't provide constant tension or expand with heat like the OE clips so limit the life of the rubber hoses.

If you have the right tool the OE ones are great!

I fitted Samco's and new OE tension clips to my VR just before it was tucked up for winter, haven't driven it since, is it likely to cause any problems ?

robo22sri, i do have a handful of spare new OE tension clips if your interested, by no means a full set tho

I think you should be ok with new clips, just old / worn out ones can slip off as they don't clamp into the Samco's as much as the rubber hoses.
