BBS 15 RZ's Advice needed

Folks I wand to fit BBS 15" RZ's on my 91 16V I have done some research and it states I should fit 15 6.5 ET 33 but I am struggling to find a good set. My question is can I fit 15 6 ET 45 with a 10mm spacer. Any advice appreciated.
