I've noticed that sometimes when

braking lightly when traveling around

5mpg, the brake does not work and

Theres a clicking sound coming from the front passenger wheel.

Sounds like the abs kicking in.

 

Any ideas

You'll feel the brake pedal pulsate if the abs operates, I think you need to take the front calipers off the carriers and check the operate freely, sliders and pistons
