Rams 0 Posted August 27, 2012 I need to find a company to send my seats to England from Germany. Length 80 Width 58 Height 94 centimeter that's boxed up. Not sure what they weigh if anyone knows? But seller replied saying the packages are too big to send. Any recommendations on who to try? Cheers Rams Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Rams 0 Posted August 27, 2012 I'm told they are approx 15kg each.... Do you recall what you paid for transport costs for the interior?

Stonejag 10 Posted August 29, 2012 Arent DHL a german courier? Yes, and I was about to suggest them...usually not cheap but they will take care of them. UPS aren't bad for international packages either. Stone
Rams 0 Posted August 30, 2012 I found a company, they have collected today as seller informed so let's see if they turn up in one piece! £132.00 for collection and delivery from Germany to Bmth which is not bad considering the box sizes are larger than average. It was a company called Parcel Link.... So far so good although they were due to collect yesterday but they did call to say they would do it tomorrow instead which they have. craigowl 0 Posted August 31, 2012 Arent DHL a german courier? Yah! - Zis week, DHL - who I used to think were very good - sent the Revox recorder I won on eBay in the Netherlands, to BG, instead of GB. That's Bulgaria, folks. The hifi dealer reckons it will get to me alive soon! I was so amused by this, I could not get angry.
Stonejag 10 Posted August 31, 2012 I was so amused by this, I could not get angry. That is a pretty epic way to mess it up  I sent £1m of radio equipment from the UK to Germany in my last job - cost a bloody fortune but got there undamaged next-day. Sadly all the international couriers are expensive these days :( DPD are pretty good as well. Stone
BILLCOR 1 Posted August 31, 2012 My interior came in three smaller boxes, I think space costs more than weight, maybe thats why it was £90, I'm only talking 8-9 months ago
