robo22sri 10 Posted March 5, 2013 I WILL NOT BREAK THIS CAR TILL THE ENGINE IS SOLD! I would like the person buying the engine to come and see it run and drive the car! I am breaking my golf gti/VR6 the shell is a 95 m reg which was converted to a vr6 10 years ago by stealth racing. It had recon head fitted with new lifters at the same time. I dont know the milage of the of the engine but i will contact stealth and see if they can shed any more light on it. The shell has 129k on it and it rusted to bad to save on the sills! Engine is a corrado 2.9 abv late coil pack engine with plastic rocker, It had the folowing a couple of months ago! Water pump, thermostat, housing, crack pipe, oil cooler, water temp sensors, aux belt, The engine had a set of schimmel 263's fitted last year, thiming chains dont not rattle at all! The engine does not use hardly any oil or over heat! I have had a few vr's with issues and i can honestly say the engine is the best bit about the car! Engine managment is odb1. Price for engine including gear box and wiring and ancillaries will be £550! seeing as the cams are worth £250 ish 2nd hand Schrick inlet! £650 NO OFFERS!!! collected Front calipers are hi spec billet 4's on 280mm discs 5x100, I fitted new discs and pads less 2000 miles ago! there is not even a lip on the discs and i also replaced the braided hoses at the same time and replaced the pad pins and some of the dust seals. £300 collected Car is fitted with wietec gt coilovers £180 collected A full 9 piece set of samco hoses these were fitted a few months ago these also include stainless hose clips price £180 collected BMC carbon induction kit x2 i will clean these before selling! price £80 collected Interiour is recaro colour concepts heated with door cards and heated seat loom price £400 collected Car is also fitted with sparco front a rear strut braces £40 each collected will do a deal if some body wants both. Car has cult society rear plinth £50 collected The trailing arm is fitted with poly bushes and an eibach rear ARB price £100 collected Vibratech front engine mount £40 collected Front sub frame is fitted with an eibach ARB £80 collected The car also has a full stainless and 200 cell sport cat Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
