StueyB 0 Posted May 13, 2013 Those look to me to be VR6 Exhaust Manifold to Head Gaskets you've posted. Is this what you are after...? Some further info may be useful as to what you are doing and what you need to do it....
timthetinyhorse 0 Posted May 13, 2013 I need to put the exhaust back on as I am refitting the head to the engine so I need the gasket that seals the cylinder head to the exhaust
timthetinyhorse 0 Posted May 24, 2013 Anyone?
Jim Bowen 1 Posted May 24, 2013 I bought them all from VW yesterday, but left the part numbers at home, they weren't that much more expensive than those linked in this thread. If you have removed the head you need both the gaskets, each one covers 3 cylinders. I also ordered the triangle shaped ones that join the mainfolds to the downpipes ---------- Post added at 3:07 PM ---------- Previous post was at 3:03 PM ----------
timthetinyhorse 0 Posted May 24, 2013 So I need two of each or one of each?? I understand that there are two gaskets but I thought the inner and otters looked very different in the links...
Jim Bowen 1 Posted May 24, 2013 One of each. No otters required :)
