Blown 0 Posted May 9, 2004 Help please! Been speaking to a bloke who has done this to his Mk2 Golf and said it had sharpened up the handling no end. Anyone know of a company that does them for a 91 Corrado G60? Or will the ones for a MK2 Golf fit the C? Looking to possibly fit upper strut braces too,but even these are difficult to get hold of for a Corrado.
Supercharged 2 Posted May 9, 2004 Mk2 ones fit all C except the VR6 (mk3) IIRC. I just bought a pair of Eibach ones that come with all the bushes except ones for the droplinks from Inters today. Loads of stands were selling them but the prices were all different, actually ended up getting them from TSR for £190 delivered FOC (they ran out)
bazgreener 0 Posted May 10, 2004 The golf 2 eibach anti roll bars will fit the pre `plus pack` corrados, i took mine off my golf when i sold it and fitted them to my 91 corrado g60, they are well worth doing but you will lose some wet weather grip. Kevin Bacon 5 Posted May 10, 2004 but you will lose some wet weather grip. Not lost the rear end in mine yet and I don't drive any slower in the wet. Depends on tyre sidewall height, quality of the rubber and damper condition. In all the years I've been using H&Rs, Konis and Eibach or Neuspeed ARBs, I've never come close to losing it. But then I stick to standard tyre sizes to maintain the proper balance and roll-over bite during hard cornering. 17s are a different kettle of fish.
