Brand New Halfords Car Battery

My car came with a halfords battery that was goosed, I bought another and afterwards I thought I'd try and see if halfords would honour their 4 year warranty on the battery. Well blow me they did, even though I didn't have a receipt. So I now have, surplus to requirements a new battery.

 

Pick up only for obvious reasons.

after £40, as i say brand new, straight from the shop into my garage, as I say they honoured the warranty even without a receipt so this could give you peace of mind for the next 4 years.

yeah there did the same with mine so i sold my spare and put the brand new halford battery back on only to find it failing a year later went with a bosch silver top after that

but hell they might have cure the bad run or batterys by know

All the new ones in store are now made by Yuasa. Glws ;)

i was just trying to find out who they are actually made by, some say Yuasa, some say Varta. Both good brands, if you look for reviews these batteries get good reviews. I'd have used it myself save for the fact I'd bought and fitted another batteru before i'd realised I could swap the old one, plus I got a higher capacity one.

New Yuasa ones have a gloss finish and years warranty number is BIG on front, just tried to get a couple of pics but my phone fails me yet again lol, as you say both are good, run them on all my cars :)
