owenfishburn 10 Posted March 7, 2014 Anyone had trouble with second gear on a vr6. I've just took my car out for its first run in my ownership which was all good until I gave it a little fettle and found that when I selected second and let clutch up it just coasted.the car will select second when engine is off and clutch pressed In and drive off when car is started in second but won't go from first to second or third to second.
