VW_OwneR_85 2 Posted May 21, 2014 as this is a 1.8t loom spliced in to a rado loom is there anything else that could be setting this off? don't think so , my corrado runs a 24v spliced loom and I don't remember the coolant level sensor wiring being involved with that side of things, trace both wires back as far as you can to see if theres any breaks/damage anywhere,
Guest sam1990rhodes Posted June 4, 2014 Checked the voltage on the connector and its 0v, i assume its a dodgy connection in the loom then?

Dox 23 Posted June 5, 2014 Checked the voltage on the connector and its 0v, i assume its a dodgy connection in the loom then? Now put the negative probe of the meter on the negative of the battery and put the red lead into each of the terminals on the plug, do you get a voltage reading?
