Just an fyi, a late style grill won't just fit straight in. I wanted to fit an early 7 slat into my late VR and the early has 2 tabs on the top and bottom whereas the late has 3 (if i remember correctly). Plus they are offset a little differently so don't line up with the lights perfectly... or as near as a corrado does anyway!

Thanks for the info, I knew about tabs, but not about offset... Probably will have to modify my late style grill to fit old style 2 tab fitment...
