Passenger side door pin(s)

In need of both the metal door pins as well as the plastic knob that screws onto it.

 

Also need the round plastic thing that surrounds the pin (on the door card) for both drivers and passengers side.

I have both metal door pins as shown below but sadly I don't have any of the plastic parts.
