GlosterOx 0 Posted August 26, 2014 Hi, Apologies firstly if this is in the wrong section, couldn't decide whether to post here or interior? Have now got a set of the above and they have been fitted and wired in, voltage works fine. In a very old (Issue 21) Sprinter it mentions that if you want the MFA Oil Temp to still work that you need an additional extn banjo bolt (035 103 715) plus T-Piece Union (030 103 717) to fit on the filter housing. Called the dealer and there are none in stock in the UK, so: 1) Is the above correct? 2) If yes, does anybody have them going spare? 3) Are there any alternatives I can use instead? Thanks, Ian. mic_VR 3 Posted August 26, 2014 Late VR isn't it Ian? You shouldn't need anything else to get it working other than a 10bar two pole sender which replaces the old oil pressure sensor, and a bit of wiring. There's a guide in the wiki - http://wiki.the-corrado.net/gauge_pod_fitting_guide.html
Roger Chatfield 0 Posted August 26, 2014 As above, that's all I have. Rog.
science 0 Posted August 26, 2014 A cheaper way would be to get a VDO sump plug temperature sender M14x1.5 thread.
