VAG1552 Code Reader - SOLD

Recommended Posts

VAG1552 Code Reader

Genuine VAG Code reader as previously used by VAG mechanics.

Ability to read and delete DTC codes, read measuring blocks and use adaption process for e.g resetting ECU as outlined on the forum. Probably other features which I haven't used. Has served as a very useful tool but I've recently sold the car so no longer need.

Unlike the VAG1551 this is portable (about the size of a large book).

If you have any further questions please ask.

List Date: 1/22/2015

What else does it do? ABS? is it for a valver or g60?

Any form of instruction manual with it?

Thanks.

Yeah reads ABS, Engine electronics, Air Conditioning electronics, airbags etc etc. I've used it

on a 1994 VR6 and my 1991 Audi S2. Pretty sure it works on any VAG with cables from

late 80's to early 2000's. I picked up a pdf manual online. Easy enough to use.

Anyone know where I can purchase one of these? Missed out on this one. How much did it sell for by the way? Got an abs issue on my 92 9a and sick of trying to track the fault down

Thanks in advance

Wow that much! Garage it is then, lol. Thanks for the reply

You can get a basic reader off ebay for about 15 quid which will read and erase codes. It's not as advanced as this one but it's very useful
