Bilstein B4 front shocks

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get Bilstein B4 shocks that are not just inserts but actually have the strut also?

 

Reason I ask, is I have B4 on the rear and would like to have the same all round, but the struts are very scabby on the front.

 

I don't want to put the car of the road for any length of time while I do the derusting and painting of the strut.

 

Anyone managed to get them supplied like this? If so where from?
