Hi everyone

thought it was about time I started a build thread for my g60 since I have almost owned it a year

Back in January 2014 my pride and joy at the time was written off, it was a vw lupo what I had pumped a lot of money into even though it wasn't perfect it was great fun and never had a single problem except when my 1.6 turbo lump belt snapped :(

I thought what would be a idea replacement, I looked at polos but always wanted a corrado when I was younger, so I checked out the insurance and couldn't believe it was cheaper then a 6n2 gti. I searched for a good 2 months till one come up for sale that I had my heart set on. here it is a 1991 corrado g60 early spec. it come with 150k on the lock but a crazy folder of history every single piece of paper work from new even the original recipt. has fitted a jetex stainless exhast, fk shocks and springs, stage 4 chip, small pulley.

once I got the car back home, I noticed on the journey back a misfire and excessive fuel usage, used the car for about 2 months before finally finding a g60 head to replace the current one as the current one had been badly maintained.

thought the standard g60 dials were a little boring compared to the vr6 ones, manages to find a set in which I was able to swap the needles and faces except fuel over

thought it would be a good idea to strip the old ****ty foam from under the bonnet, turned out much better, once the cars painted at some point I will replace it with new foam.
