Changing supercharger bracket relay rollers

Hi all, my belt rollers have started chirping (G60) part number 074 145 278 E can someone give me a how to change please ? Many thanks Chris.

Very easy to do:thumbleft:

 

Ease the tension on the belt by whatever means you see fit. (I have a tool built by a mate/think he has a couple left). You can use a large jubilee or a ratchet strap on the charger belt tensioner, or just remove the tensioner (Carefully) if you don't have the tools.

 

The rollers have a black cover that 'pops' off with the help of a screwdriver.

Remove caps, remove bolts.

Fit new rollers, refit bolts.

Refit plastic covers.

Refit belt.

Job done.
