Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 If the ET is 35, then good to go
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 Offset. Most MK2s were 33, 35 or 38, and with the exception of the VR, Corrados are also 33 or 35.
ben16v 0 Posted June 23, 2004 my BBS are ET 33 and they were off my old golf2.
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 Reckon they'll be G60 RMs then  Had the same wheels on my MK2 too.
ben16v 0 Posted June 23, 2004 indeed they are! not bad seen as i got `em on a cheap golf eh? my C had 17" momo sports on it when i bought it off my dad but i swapped em over to make the C look how it should`ve! how embarresing that my dad was more bling than me!
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 LOL, my Dad wouldn't know bling if it hit him in the face! Mind you, the countless toys in his highly spec'd Mondeo TDCi (fantastic cars btw) are *very* bling, not that he appreciates them  I paid £150 4 years ago for some *mint* RMs with new Yoko A539s on them. Lovely, lovely wheels  Super rigid and *very* light. I had to drive 300 miles to get em though :?
ben16v 0 Posted June 23, 2004 my dad sold the c to me so he could buy a Mondeo  the fool! but even worse than that it was a choice between a ST24 and a 2l 16v.... guess which one he picked?????????
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 LOL, 2.0 16vs Mondys are a Ham Sandwich, they do the job but you'd rather have the V6 Roast Beef sarnie  Gotta say though, the torque of Pa's TDCi pisses all over my schricked VR

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 Ah, that's it, Ghia X, sure that's what the old boy has spec'd his up to. Leather, 6 CD in-dash changer, roof mounted tweeters, lights in the wing mirrors etc etc We've answered Muskie's query, so no probs on going OT, we're not a dictatorship here
ben16v 0 Posted June 23, 2004 tell you wot is funny! my dad used to keep a baseball cap in the C to cover his grey hair when he was crusing!   and he`s still paying for the corrado as i keep getting interest (and payment) free loans of him to fix it! :D
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 23, 2004 PMSL! Well your old boy had good taste getting the C in the first place  My Dad's idea of a Sports car is his bloomin Mondeo
