Well they seem to be going for silly money and of course you just cant buy them anymore so you have to pay what you have to and my old rear badge had no shine left - I hunted everywhere for a rear bot VW badge for the last couple of months and this was the first I had seen and to be honest I thought I was buying a very good condition used on but its come in original wrapping with the fittings and is obviously new.
