Rich the Chef 10 Posted October 30, 2015 Just looking to fit new top mounts and stops to my VR6 Corrado as I'm putting some coilovers on. I figure it's worth popping new on while its in bits and then I only track and camber once. What is needed and who or what's recommended? Poly or standard? fendervg 30 Posted October 30, 2015 I'd go for VAG or OEM quality parts, don't go poly for the top mounts as it will be too stiff in my opinion. The rear lower mounts are only available through VW Classic Parts or Heritage in the UK. Lemforder do repair kits for the front and rear top mounts and are decent quality - I can get the part numbers for you if you need them. These are the VAG part numbers: Front strut mount 357412331A x 2 Front strut top mount bearing 1J0412249 x 2 Rear strut mount upper 191512335 x2 Rear strut mount lower 191512333 x 2 (only available from Classic Parts) Bump stops etc. should be readily available.
