daves16v 1 Posted June 29, 2004 Made up some ali spacers at work cause I wasn't happy with my OZ offset of 37. They're only 5mm thick but I can tell the difference visually. Bought 5mm longer bolts from Trackstore - very helpful people. I had the edges polished, looks quite good I reckon :D Dave

Storm 0 Posted June 29, 2004 Could you please post a pic of the car?
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted June 29, 2004 Are you an Engineer by trade then? They look good. As Storm says, any pics of the side of the car showing how much the spacers have pushed the rims out by?
daves16v 1 Posted June 29, 2004 Design Draughtsman. They have been cut by Laser and chamfered on a lathe and they fit just sweet.

randal 0 Posted June 29, 2004 I do like those Chrono's, think the 5mm just about finishes them off. Nice :D

Ka` 0 Posted June 29, 2004 Daves16v, That's one nice car you've got there... 5mm spacers would've been just the ticket, you don't want to know how much hassle I've been through trying to get them! Cheers, Rica
daves16v 1 Posted June 29, 2004 It looks good from a distance but there are parking dents and scratches I need to sort. I've got a brother who paints cars at a Ford dealer in Notts, I'm waiting for him to fit me in. Thanks for the comments. I would relish the chance to help out fellow Corrado owners with their spacer needs, just drop me a PM. Dave
