seanl82 23 Posted February 8, 2016 Is it just the grub screw or the whole adjuster? May be worth contacting koni uk with the coilover model as lots of manufacturers can offer spare parts. I imagine you'd need to remove the whole assembly to replace it though.

john46 10 Posted February 8, 2016 Can it be fixed any one ?
Jim 2 Posted February 9, 2016 According to a quick Google, looks like the strut would have to be removed and rebuilt? :(
Mystic Rado 0 Posted February 9, 2016 There are a few suspension specialists out there who do rebuilds of racing dampers. Koni lists these guys on their UK site: http://www.koni.uk.com/home/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=76&Itemid=126 They should be able, at least, to tell you if it's feasible and what it's likely to cost. It might end up cheaper just buying a complete new damper, but it's got to be worth a phone call.

Jim 2 Posted February 22, 2016 What did you end up doing to resolve it?
john46 10 Posted February 23, 2016 I took it to Sportsline which are a official Koni refurber they were only down the road as well which was handy and they had to replace the shaft as it has seized cost me £120 bit annoying but they are all fitted now with the eibach springs and the correct top plates which I managed to find it's been a bit of nightmare but got there in the end
Jim 2 Posted February 23, 2016 Excellent - good to know :) Useful for someone else who may end up in the same situation in the future.
