jekel 10 Posted March 31, 2016 Anybody can get a new TPS for a 94 VR6, Coilpack. Nobody lists them, few on Ebay reckon got one for VR6 but none look right and after the hassle of getting a new brake and master cylinder where nearly everyone lists the wrong one for a Corrado VR6 now pretty dubious. Any other cars use same one, Golf VR6 looks diff. but might do same job. Failing that anybody got a known good used one, though mine is reading fine when testing for ohms and movement and yet seems to be playing up a little. I've got a really cheap spare one bought on ebay ages back and it does run with it one, no hesitation on idle, which is what prob. is, but mpg jumped right up and performance down a bit, and looks like it'd be lucky to last a week so put old one back on. RB Lambda and pretty much everything else, including engine is new, mpg was effected before renewed lambda (with a dealer vw one, only ones that seem to work and suit). MPG went down with cheap spare tps on had, with vw one is fine, it's just done 30 mpg on a spirited run down to Durham and back tonight, but it's a bit temperamental on intitial tickover after had foot down, not actually stalling but dying a bit, and not overhappy in traffic, but opened up it's bang on, loads of power, very quick Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
