[ATTACH=CONFIG]84087[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]84088[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]84089[/ATTACH]I've owned a few VW's and have been after a VR6 for a while, so a few months ago took a trip to Thirsk just north of York and bought this.

1994 VR6 with 145K on the clock, folder full of receipts.

Seems to be totally rust free and runs fine.

Things to do are :

replace the K&N induction kit with the std setup, I've purchased the airbox but need the intake pipes etc

wheels need refurbing

its been lowered (to low in my opinion)as you feel even the smallest pot hole

wear on the drivers seat (bolster)

Found a sensor, but having read Culshaws post I know where it now goes.

Dent in the rear sill where a previous owner jacked it up

I'll uploaded some more photos when it stops raining
