Hi Cluffstarr Have you tried using a good pair of mole grips or you could file / grind 2 flats on the threaded section so you can get a spanner on.

Saloon, rear seats fold down to provide extra space when needed

Up for sale is my trusty 2005 Passat Highline Saloon TDi 130 finished in Reflex Silver which I have owned for the last 10 years. It's in really good condition for its age, no dents, scratches or rust, still drives really well with no knocks or noises. Totally original with leather interior, front heated seats, climatronic air con, parrot hands free phone kit. Mileage is at approx 178k but you wouldn't know it, still pulls well, doesn't use any oil or water. Serviced every year either by local Independant and then by myself. Just been to my local scrappy and there's an R reg Polo with manual glass sunroof and a T reg Lupo with an electric glass sunroof. Does anyone know if these fit the Corrado or if any of the parts are the same Thanks
