FK Coilovers spring seats and lock nuts

The spring seats on my FK Konigsport coilovers have seized solid.

 

I have mailed FK who are being slightly less than helpful stating the kit and spares are NLA.

 

Does anyone know a source of these parts or better still does anyone have a set for sale?
