seanl82 23 Posted June 3, 2017 Not sizes but mountings are slightly different between early (pre 93) and late (93 on).
cmck32 10 Posted June 3, 2017 My drivers side looks more bulkier as if it sits out further Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
VEEDUBBED 0 Posted June 3, 2017 Someone has either mixed up the plastic surrounds between early and late versions. Remove them and compare the numbers that are hidden on the top inner corners, they will probably differ. Has your car got the 3 or 5 slat grille? VEEDUBBED 0 Posted June 5, 2017 (edited) That both lights work is beside the point mate, regardless of glass version fitted, be it late or early the lighgt beam created will be the same. Your gonna have to locate one late series, facelift model glass and possibly also the outer plastic surround too so they are a matching, late version pair. You then remove the offending lamp glass by removing the headlamp, remove the surround and then unclip all the glass's locating grey clips, pull off the glass, swap it over, along with its matching black plastic surround and your done. Be extra carefull not to touch or even nudge at the extremly fragile headlamp plastic adjusters, they crack/crumble with absurd ease.. and can't be found new or used.
