After looking on Vortex can some one confirm if it is the Black/green wire # Pin 22 of the ECU?

Yep, Pin 22 is the crank sensor signal wire. I'd rather tap into the ECU pin (as I did with the Schrick controller) than start pulling the clocks out.

The clocks are already out, not put um back in yet, any quick answers to which wire I use on the back of the clocks??
