Wullie 1 Posted April 24, 2018 The one on the back of the head is for oil temp I believe. There should be 3 on the side of the head all to do water temperature but for the life of me I can't remember exactly what they are for. they are all to do with coolant temp and are the same sensor. I do remember switching the terminals around to find out which one was faulty, that was for the temp gauge on the dash. Sorry I can't be of more help.
