GrahamV 10 Posted August 23, 2018 (edited) Just done my power steer pump, job itself easy, part not easy, bought off ebay from reputed supplier £78.00. Double checked the 535145157 part number cross checked with Reg. No. Etc.the image did not look correct but accepted would be ok. It was supplied incorrectly with the pump drive hub being too deep and in the wrong position. Had to push the hub off, machine 5.5mm from the rear face and 2mm from the front face and then pull the hub back on to 41mm hub front to mount spacing for correct alignment. If you don’t want that problem the Current VW part no. is 6N0145157 exact same as Polo £296.00 + VAT plus surcharge £100 + vat Have got my old pump for £30.00 if it helps.
