Pjmur 10 Posted January 2, 2021 Hi. Can anyone advice please or have some knowledge on what brake system for front would suit to run with BBS Rs 17' with a ET 26 - I have the wheels but won't fit unless use 20mm spaces to clear existing calipers and then they extend beyond wheel arch - no a pretty site . Rear are perfect. I believe the existing brakes are original set up . Any advise greatly appreciated 👍 Pj
Keyo 47 Posted January 2, 2021 You dont want to put smaller callipers on full stop imo - if they are genuine RS then I understand your dilemma- if they are reps get rid- if they are genuine sell them and make up the money and get correct fitment. I also imagine you could change the barrels to change the offsets perhaps but not to clued up on splits.

fla 9 Posted January 3, 2021 Offsets that don't require spacers and don't rub the arches are from 33 to 43 on a 7j wheel with a 205 width tyre.

Keyo 47 Posted January 4, 2021 My vwms speedlines can take 6 pot atp -now that is pretty impressive for a 7.5 j alloy.
