Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 30, 2004 Dinkus, is that your sig or have you just gone completely off the rails and posted a random 'cack car' pic for the hell of it?
dinkus 10 Posted September 30, 2004 Nah seriously, if you're gonna get those, why don't you just get some Speedies? They're a lot cheaper. I rather liked these BBS Splitties, but I don't suppose they're very cheap...
dinkus 10 Posted September 30, 2004 Dinkus, is that your sig or have you just gone completely off the rails and posted a random 'cack car' pic for the hell of it? Note wheels on the Skoda...
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 30, 2004 Are you trying to say they look like Speedlines or Azev As? Don't look like either imo.... Those BBS RK2s are pretty dear! Not overly keen on them tho.....
dinkus 10 Posted September 30, 2004 Are you trying to say they look like Speedlines or Azev As? Don't look like either imo.... Those BBS RK2s are pretty dear! Not overly keen on them tho..... Yeah I was kinda, it just amused me when I saw a Skoda on wheels that at first glance looked like Speedies. They don't look anywhere as good tho. I quite like the RK2's, although I'm usually like you and in favour of chunky 5 and 6 spokes. As you say, they aren't by any means cheap, so err a bit useless me posting them on there really  The Azev's seem a bit pointless to me because they look so much like the Speedies. Admittedly they're a bit more rounded, but you might as well get some Speedies for very little money and have them refurbed. Then you've got standard wheels too. warcraft 0 Posted September 30, 2004 i see what ur saying. but the azevs wud be in 16" not 15's like the speedies
dinkus 10 Posted September 30, 2004 i see what ur saying. but the azevs wud be in 16" not 15's like the speedies Ah indeed, good point. Keep it looking standard, but with bigger wheels 8) Edit: Sorry, not very on the ball today... I'm bored out of my mind

Jim 2 Posted September 30, 2004 VERY nice... really like those... BBS RX's?
warcraft 0 Posted September 30, 2004 yeah RX's they r nice arent they
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 30, 2004 RXs are in my top 5 favourite wheels of all time  Need to be 17" on a Corrado really, otherwise they don't look right, imo.....
warcraft 0 Posted September 30, 2004 i dont really wanna go to 17" as i dont wanna lose the handling or ride
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 30, 2004 You might be surprised..... RXs are very light and decent 17" rubber on top of them doesn't ruin the ride quality at all imo.....
coullstar 0 Posted September 30, 2004 I like the Azev A's but they must have the flush centre cap. 7 1/2 x 16 would look good. What colour is the car? Do you like bling or normal wheels? I think to many people get hard ons about the Speedlines. There not that good in my opinoin. Keskin Classics. ATS 6 spoke (like Borbet C's). Rondell x-spoke. Detailed Design 90's Schidt Modern Line .........
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted September 30, 2004 People like the Speedlines because they give the car an OE look and are a very high quality brand of wheel, simple as..... Apart from the 6 spokes, your list is hardly hard-on inducing either.....
warcraft 0 Posted September 30, 2004 What colour is the car? Do you like bling or normal wheels? car is blackberry and i prefer nice but normal as opposed to BLING
coullstar 0 Posted September 30, 2004 i prefer nice but normal as opposed to BLING Good. Azev's A's all the way then I think. Or maybe the E's. I know there 17 and have the raised centre cap but here.
GIXXERUK 0 Posted September 30, 2004 i like the azevs they are classy and not too blingy , the bbs are soo expected on a vw imo
warcraft 0 Posted September 30, 2004 i have to say im sorely tempted to go for the Azev A's along with some nice goodyear eagle f1 gsd 3 rubber 8)
GIXXERUK 0 Posted September 30, 2004 have you done a search on the members gallery for azev ? just to give yourself a few pics to browse ?
Jim 2 Posted September 30, 2004 Gotta rate those GSD3's.. superb tyres. Only thing about them was they gave quite a firm & noisy ride - the amazing levels of grip more than made up for that though :)
