    G-60 chips

Prices can be found here mate: http://www.snstuning.co.uk/g60.html In terms of changing the chip over, anyone can do it as long as you're careful and not full of static charge!
  3. Hi Guys I have a very limited number of silver window stickers which will be going out with all chip orders until stocks last. This will be on a first come first served basis. Thanks Bilal

    G-60 chips

If you can afford it go for a custom remap. We can provide you with a remap from your feedback with wideband data or if your car doesnt have extensive mods then one of our chips will do the trick. have a look at our website for some info on the digi-lag.
  5. We usually recommend Reds which are 30lb injectors for cars using the 65mm pulley. Dont need the 3.5bar FPR with this set up when using our Stage 5 - Red Top chips. If you are using the 68mm pulley or bigger then no need to use reds.
  6. If you want accurate air fuel information then you need to get a wideband system. But this cannot replace the standard lambda, it must be an addition purely for your benefit, not linked to the ecu.
  7. CDA are great for normally aspirated cars due to the smooth airflow track inside the box. For force induced this is not as important but you should still see a benefit. Get rid of that carbon canister and use the aperature to duct cold air from the outside.
  8. Have a look on our UK site mate for an explanation of the No Lag feature.
  9. You can get a boost gauge from any performance parts place. Try Demon Tweeks. Very easy to fit, just need to tap off from one of the hoses off the intake plenum.
  10. I used to run Denso Iridiums in my Rallye, same spec as the W5DPO (one step colder to standard). I found the Iridiums made the car feel smoother.
  11. Would be easier to just get a boost gauge. MFA boost info tends to be unreliable.
  12. Hmm, strange that an A/F guage would cause such problems. Could be in installation problem as Gazza pointed out. Guys, remember that an A/F guage reading off the standard lambda is only an indication of how the car is fuelling. The only thing its good for is to let you know if something goes horribly wrong and the car under fuels. Standard lambdas (narrow band) are not accurate at all in the enrichment side of things.
  13. Helo mate, you can find out more info on our chips our website. Have a read about Digi-Lag. James_88: Are you getting lots of black smoke from the exhaust when under full throttle?
  14. 5 people, i'll dig up a pic in a bit. Its basically a round gauge with a single row of LED's in different colours indicating the state of fuelling.
  15. Sorry mate, all out of stock but i can get some more in if there are people interested?
  16. Thanks Migs. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to let me know! :D
  17. I'm putting them on the site in the next few days but you can mail me with what you need and i'll let you know.
  18. Thanks guys I'll beef the site up with more info on tuning the G60 soon.
  19. Hi Guys After too much delay we have finally released our UK site. Its an initial site so there will be lots of updating and tinkering with time. I'm sure you'll find the Digi-lag info interesting. :D have a look: http://www.snstuning.co.uk
  20. Then defo needs some TLC! Shouldn't feel like standard at all.
  21. Hope you can get it sorted mate, you won't be disappointed when the car is ready and the chip and pulley bring it to life!
  22. Hi Mate Always difficult for me to say what chip you are using if you get it 2nd hand. Do you know what boost you are getting with the pulley? Might not be getting adequate boost?
  23. Well said, oil is the lifeblood of our engines so the more we know about it the better choices we'll make when choosing the oil to use.

    Lean A/F.

LOL sorry mate i got confused with your previous posts. So is the chip/ecu from an 8v G60? If so there's your problem.
  25. Have you checked which nipple the vac hose from the ecu is connected to? It shoudl be at the back of the throttle body on the uppermost one (there are 2 very close together). Also check that this hose is properly connected to the ecu.
