I know of a couple of guys running H&R cup kits, two options, sport & comfort. Small drop, 30mmish?, and the comfort kit apparently retains stock comfort level while sharpening up the handling

I have read the 'definitive guide on here but I'm not clear on a couple of things

Which sender does the temp gauge get its signal from?

Does the run on timer for the aux water pump and fans run on for 10 minutes every time the ignition is turned on and off or is it a function of temperature?

Fuse, I had to use a 20 amp for main beam with osram nightbreakers, 15 wasn't able for the load, has been fine for months since

I use Chrome and got adblocker plugin recently. Makes all website 100000000000 times better

Thumbs up for the wheels, mines sat on TT speedlines too but yours looks way better being that bit lower, what suspension are you running?

I noticed today that my (!) light is dimly lit. It does the full brightness startup check, extinguishes to a dim glow once engine is started. Took the cap off the brake fluid resevoir to allow the float to activate it and it lights fully as it should. Any ideas why it's dimly illuminated??

I got one of James (Rayne Automotive)looms a couple of weeks back. It is a two relay job with OEM type connectors. It is nicely made works as it should. I fitted Osram 'nightbreakers' with it and as you all know it is like night & day

I believe the controller will work with obd 1 or 2, it's the manifold itself that is designed to run obd1, you'll need adapter plates up by the throttle butterfly to accept obd2 I think.

So is this particular one OBD 1 or 2?

So is the controller the OBD1/2 specific part?

I had the cup kit sport installed and it feels so much better!! Even if the kit is made for a MK3 Golf...

I believe so but am open to correction....
