Hi, Im looking to get some BBS RS 16x7j and 16x8j et 35 5x114.3 for my vr. Adapters will push them out another 20mm...will this be enough to clear my brake calipers for 312mm front and 256mm rear vented discs? Thanks in advance!

The wiring that is visible looks ok, iv not managed to strip it down all yet but will give it a go tomorrow and try see what the problem is.

I have managed to dismantle some of the seat cover to try and get to the motor though, not there yet.

I have no idea! Im not very technical minded and I would end up breaking something whilst at it lol

Sorry, I swapped the switch around with the passenger side which is working fine, so the switch is in good nick and wont require any cleaning. The recline function is not moving either way but the seat base does raise/lower this means the fuse is still working?

Good evening guys, This afternoon I was cleaning the carpets and decide to adjust the Recaros to get underneath the carpet, in doing so the back-rest is probably near horizontal and now wont move back :-S I have swapped the switches around and still no luck. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Is there a way of manually adjusting the seat back? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I am currently running mk4 golf vented brake discs on the rear of my vr6. The wheels sit flush with the arches. It was rubbing at some points so I raised the coilovers and all is ok now. I was just wondering if I changed the discs back over to standard would it help reduce the poke of the wheel so I can lower the car a little more? Thanks

Second Corrado spotted in one week! Today a black 16V? near Ashby (a511) around 9am, plate was K346...I have seen this once before!

Iv just had my rear lights painted by Bob (Leon263). Fitted with leds and resistors to give orange flash, much brighter than normal bulbs! Will try and upload pic soon.

Iv read through the manual and cant seem to find anything in there either.

When activating the alarm, a continuous beep is made. I feel the car senses a door or something is left open but that's not the case. It still activates the immobiliser just does not lock the doors via fob. Luckily I have not de-locked the handles!

It started working again, then I raised the car a few days later to adjust the coilovers (2nd time)...after this it had the same problem. Il give it a few days it might start working again. Bizarre, as it does unlock the car/deactivate immobiliser/panic button works still.

The central locking is working fine with the key.

Good evening guys, This afternoon I decided to adjust one of my coilovers as I noticed it was rubbing on the arch. I then checked the oil. Once I had finished I locked the car via the fob as usual and there was a constant bleep (which the car usually makes if a door/bonnet/boot is left open). However I double checked everything and all was locked and fine! I cant seem to understand why its not working. Any guidance/tips please... Thanks in advance!

Sorry, just to clarify. I no longer have my 16v (pictured above) hence the reason why they are up for sale. Otherwise they fitted perfectly, no issues at all. They just dont fit the new car otherwise I would have definately kept them!

RH ZW1 Split rims 8jx17 et35 4x100 RH ZW1 Split rims. Remove from my Corrado hence they are up for sale! In very good condition, some slight marks but no silly kerb rash or damage. Could do with some elbow grease polishing around the bolts (I have put many hours in already). 195/40/17 tyres with 4mm tread. Rear tyres have arch rub marks but tyres are perfectly useable and I have had no issues with them during my ownership. ?550 Based in Leicester. VW Corrado 2.0 16V Recaro Seats RH ZW1 Hi All, Here we have a VW Corrado 2.0 16v for sale! With the Black Leather Heated Electric Recaro?s and RH ZW1. I have had the car for 1 year now and it has been a pleasure to drive. I have enjoyed taking her to the shows this year, however I have purchased another Corrado (moonlight blue) hence the reason she is up for sale. More about the car... Mileage; 119k and still being used so will go up slightly! Mainly motorway miles. FSH all documented Last service Nov 2014. Last MOT Nov 2014, all mot?s since new. Original receipt included @ ?18,000! During my ownership I have spent over ?1k. There are loads of receipts with the car I have never seen so much paperwork! During my ownership the following has been done; replaced rear brake pads, rear near side calliper, bonnet cable, oil pressure switch, lambda sensor, mass air flow meter, inductive pickup, ignition switch and ISV. All electrics working including the mirrors, spoiler, sunroof (moonroof), no plastic trim bits missing/broken and late headlight switch fitted. First aid kit still in the armrest! Recaro embossed seats, very good condition no tears/splits/colour fade. Paintwork has had a blow over in the past 2/3years previous owner mentioned, it is still mint and only has the odd mark here and there to be expected. No rust. Car is washed and waxed regularly using Autoglym, poorboys and Collinite products... Stainless steel exhaust. Has a nice rasp when going through the gears without being too loud, quiet on motorways. Lowered on Boge shocks and G Max 30mm springs not silly low but good compromise between comfort and ride height. Black calibre wheels which have some curbing but very good tyres which have covered less than 5k miles (Kumho 205/40/17). Just used for winter. I have a set of RH ZW1 which are near mint for ?500 if interested. Standard OEM rear lights and FK fronts. Original set of number plates as well as short number plates included and also a new handbrake cable included. Bad points; The Recaro heated seat only works with driver?s side. I have not tested as to why the passenger side does not work? The heated switch control is included and I am still trying to find the loom for the seat (No promises!) Car is located in Leicester. I am looking for ?3200 with the RH ZW1 or ?2700 without them. The Recaro?s alone are worth ?1000 and SORRY BUT I WILL NOT SELL THEM SEPERATELY.
