No. I have seen one of ebay that im gonna swap with. The one ive got has that many screw holws from previous owners, you cant attach the lower shelves So gonna redo the flaps as the direction on the early sliders seem to be stuck on windscreen

Are there only 3 flaps in the whole internal system? If so and you still have them, i could do with them! Cheers

Hey everyone. Done a dellorto carburetor conversion on a abf swap and ive found that the new crankcase filter lets water vapour into the engine casing and im worried its gonna ruin the engine Anyone overcome this problem and how to deal with it????

I bought some 3mm led which were pre-wired with resistor and 20cm lead, not wired up yet but obviously if an original lamp can be sourced,would be alot better. Same with the cigarette lighter lamp

Thats good to know. I've got aftermarket ecu in now as im running on 45 dellorto carbs, so ill see if its sensors im havin problems with. The abs light doesn't come on at all apart from a split second flash where you turn the key off

Anyone know if any part of the abs system relies on the rados main ecu or if its a closed circuit between the sensors and abs ecu alone?

Hey people The bulbs have gone in the early heater control and the cigarette lighter and want to replace them so i can see whats goin on at night Other threads suggest changing to led which im fine with, but there was some confusion whether its 12v or 6v goin to these lamps Ideas anyone? Anyone have trouble with steering lock after fitting new switch? I bought the vag one and now it seems like the steering lock wont engage and theres no click as you take the keys out like it did before...

Hey all Ok, so got a 92 rado with early interior. The direction for the blower seems to always be on the front facing vents whether i put it on windscreen or any other direction Also when the blowers are on the windscreen, its a stronger blow when its on the cold setting rather than hot, and blows more so on the driver side than passenger. So... anybody got any ideas if its broken cables or the direction box is too old ...? And also if i need to investigate the heater box, can you gain access by removing the centre console, or do i have to remove the whole dashboard?? I use my car daily and dont have a garage so would prefer not to have to rip it all apart to fix the issue Many thanks

Are the carriers for the mk4 calipers the same? Or is it a complete swap out and major work to get them to fit?

I know it has 1 replay not far from the battery connections, although i have noticed when you turn on the lights, where the first click should be just side lights, the dipped comes on too but when turning off from the 2nd to first click, then its just side lights
