Hi easypops. I'll take one if you have any left? Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

Cheers guys but happy to wait and see if anything turns up. If not, I'll pick up a spare set and either have a go myself - thanks for the link - or take them to get done properly.

Don't want to start another thread - sorry to spam yours, Stuart - but I'm also in the same boat. Anyone else got one?

A bit late to the party here it seems but I'll take a set for a '94 VR if there are any left?

If anyone has a set of these for the Corrado that you'd be willing to part with, I'm all ears. Would rather see what's available, if anything, before attempting a DIY job...

Purple Tom's 288mm and 312mm caliper/carrier emporium - SOLD

I'll take a set of the 288s please, Tom :thumbleft: -
Hi all. Looking for a replacement set of 15" Corrado Speedlines (5x100) if anyone has a good set they'd consider selling? Don't mind the odd mark or minor kerbing but ideally silver and in good condition. Also, decent, legal tyres are a bonus. Alternatively, I'd consider a set of BBS Montreals or BBS RX2 (16", 5x100) if any decent sets of these are available. Again, good rubber with these would be a bonus. Cash waiting. What have you got? Cheers.

Sorted. Received a replacement cable today, courtesy of borachris. Thanks mate. Thanks to all who replied.

How much money is there in breaking a VR6?
Ferosferio replied to VR6 Gar's topic in General Car Chat
Looks pretty clean, certainly cleaner/straighter than mine! Definitely not one for breaking, seems a great buy :thumbleft: -
Fantastic! Welcome to the forum :thumbleft:

Welcome to Corrado ownership :thumbleft:

You have PM, mate.

Wow. That is absolutely stunning.

I'm hoping to get the B12 kit to replace the horrible Pro Sport coilovers on my Raddo and, although ride quality and handling are the absolute priorities, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't bothered about how the car is going to sit. Chuffed to see this as that ride height looks spot on :thumbleft:

As Jim said, keep us posted Jon. Even if I do get a replacement, it would be interesting to know what's involved i.e. cost, time etc.
-
Thanks mate, appreciate it. According to my local VW dealer they were discontinued in 2010. Suppose there could be some existing stock somewhere in the network but I guess it's just your luck.
-
Cheers science :thumbleft: I'll do a bit of research and see what the script is with the Gti cable.

Hi all, Looking for a new/new'ish throttle cable - or at least one in good condition - for a '94 Corrado VR6. It's the version with a hook at the pedal-end. Had my cable off and it's fraying quite badly quite near the hook end. I realise this is a long shot but worth asking on here, just in case... Cheers.

***Stolen*** 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE, Glasgow
Ferosferio replied to Ferosferio's topic in General Car Chat
It would be very tempting! Nice one Wullie, cheers. Hopefully they're stupid enough to have kept the original plate on. Unlikely but here's hoping. -
***Stolen*** 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE, Glasgow
Ferosferio replied to Ferosferio's topic in General Car Chat
Cheers clumpy, appreciate it. -
Hi all, Posting this on behalf of friends - with their express permission - so will try and be as particular with the details as I can: 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE in 'Stornoway Grey' stolen from a private address in the Cambuslang area of Glasgow last night between 8pm and 11pm. The opportunistic scum broke into the house through the front door (no one was at home at the time), lifted the keys and made of with both the Range Rover and a B7 RS4 in Phantom Black; Fortunately, the RS4 was recovered from a street in Coatbridge this morning (undamaged) but my friends are very keen to recover the Range Rover as they only picked it up about 10 days ago. The car itself is standard; No real distinguishing features other than tinted rear windows (although I'm sure most have these) and a 'Yes Scotland' sticker on the right-hand side of the tailgate window. The plate is GV10 OTY. It may be worth mentioning that the RS4 has a very distinctive private plate, 'F3 RGO', which is likely to stand out more - just in case the two cars were travelling in tandem at any point. The pics below are dealer pics of the actual car... If anyone has any information at all, please let me know and I'll pass it on to my mate and his wife. Please feel free to share on any other forums you may use (I'll be doing the same myself). (Mods - Apologies if this isn't the relevant area, please move if necessary) Thanks in advance.
