this is rather a small point... lol But when running the modded loom and aftermarket ecu to make the r32 work, are things like the tacho clocks still gonna work?? also stuff like the MFA???

Personally if your wanting big big power i would ditch the G-lader.. :D without going to a silly pully they cant flow enough air to make huge huge power. Although use the G-lader with the right mods, 1.9L block, Big Valve HEad amongst other goodies etc etc.. 270bhp at the flywheel is fairly easy... but thats not exactly cheap :D

Whilst the car is now tucked away in the Gargage, i have now been able to finally start messing with it again without the worry of using it as a Daily whore! :unsure: First things first was to get the Charger Stripped down and vaquablasted at work ready to be sent to G-werks for a rebuild Got a little carried away and pretty much took off every ally component in the Bay again and vaqua blasted them! so everything is "fresh" now for the summer! untill the engine comes out over the winter at the end of the year that is Everything is pretty much sorted now! just gotta do a bit of painting and the bay is pretty much sorted again! for now ;-) Bit of "bullpoop" spray and hey presto! much better Before : After:

yeh the ctn makes it feel slower than it actually is... in fact your prob going faster :D thats what it felt like to me, less aggresive and more smooth

Yeh, i guess with more research they can work very well on the smaller capacity engines, i am just going by what other people have said, (no power at the low rev range) its a fair whack to spend to find out its not as good as it has been made out to be.

The main reason they keep seizing is because the bearings "opcon" are now using on the Lysholms are shite.. and are not up to the job, even Bahn Brenner confirmed this when i queried them a few months back, they said it had been sorted?? Ever since Opcon was taken over by someone else the reliability of the chargers have gone down hill.... I ve heard of loads of the newer units failing because of this.. and until its rectified i wouldnt touch one with a barge pole unfortunatley. And as for the rotrex chargers.... well i ve been told they arent up top much on the smaller capacity engines.. Good on the VRs tho. Best of keeping the g-lader at the moment or going turbo. 8)

What pistons did you go for? 8) I looking into going to 1.9 but also want to up the comp ratio to maybe 9:1

Ive got a feeling the Raikkonen Is going to not only win the race but take the championship aswell... Dunno what it is, but i have one of those feelings.. As much as i want Lewis to win of course! Ive even put a Tenner On Raikkonen taking the crown. 8)

I take it you are using Forged pistons? What comp ratio are you running? i am looking to go down a very similar route in a year or 2 and i am gathering as much info as possible, so sorry for all the questions 8)
